Arika Sato was born on May 26th 1986 in Torrance, California. She is a Nisei, a term used to denote second-generation Japanese who are born in the new country by immigrant parents of Japanese origin, most notably in North and South America. She is the second child of Issei parents Tomoko and Yutaka Sato originally from Tokyo, Japan. Issei refers to the parents of Nisei or second-generation children.
Although Arika Sato was born and raised in the United States, she spoke both Japanese and English fluently starting at a young age. She finished High School at North High School in Torrance, California. She then attended college at the University of California in San Diego. She double majored in Communications and Japanese studies. She pursued further studies and finished her Master’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Southern California.
This did not slow Arika Sato down as she continued to be part of TV productions in the years that followed her appearance on Paris Hilton’s reality show. In 2012, she became a part of the TV series “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory” as a bikini girl. In the same year, she was cast in the TV Series “Tosh.0” as a Japanese speed dater. She was also a part of JustKiddingFilms, appearing in 8 episodes of the short TV mini-series. Also in 2013 she appeared in the production of two shorts, “Super Power Beat Down” and “Bad Weather Films”. In 2014, she would continue to be a part of featured shorts such as “If I was Kim Kardashian for a Day”, “Welcome to Tokyo, “Side Bitch Memoirs” and “Rules of The Trade”.
